What is the delivery process and is it free?
Setup is included with your rental. We’ll coordinate with you in advance to schedule arrival, with setup taking approximately 30 minutes. Delivery is free for most cities listed in our "Cities Served" section, though a minor travel fee may apply based on location. After your event, our team will handle takedown, which also takes about 30 minutes.
Do I need to supply power for my bounce house rental?
Yes, a standard electrical outlet is required to keep the bounce house inflated. Alternatively, renter may use their own generator.
How much space do I need for my rental?
Dimensions for each product are listed on the product page. We recommend at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides. For backyard setups, ensure your gate is at least 3.5 feet wide for equipment access.
What types of surfaces are suitable for bounce house setup?
We can set up on grass (preferred for safety and comfort), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. However, we cannot set up on rocks, as they may damage the inflatable material.
What cities do you serve?
We proudly serve the Dallas Fort Worth Texas area. For a complete list of current cities we are serving in DFW, please click HERE. Some cities may be subject to minor travel fee.
Do you offer extended rentals?
Yes! If you need an extended rental, please reach out to our team via email (snakkentertainment@gmail.com) or text/call us at (469) 464-9870. The bounce house needs to be deflated overnight and in a secured location. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for complete details.
What is your deposit and payment policy?
We will collect a deposit (between $75-$250) at the time of booking. Three days before your event, we’ll reach out to confirm your reservation and collect the remaining balance.
What is your cancellation / rain policy?
In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., rain, high winds), we reserve the right to cancel your reservation for safety reasons. If conditions are less severe, you will have the option to proceed with your rental; however, please note that no refunds will be issued if you choose to keep the unit.
